Micro rubber tubing

Micro rubber tubing

Our manufacturing unit produces high-quality micro rubber tubing for industries and domestic applications. We provide both flexible and partially flexible rubber tubing that is used for drip irrigation purposes. It requires the inner diameter of the tubing to be 0.5″ or less. With this inner diameter, the pressure provided for drip irrigation purposes is consistent. The inner walls of the tubing are non-abrasive, and this allows for fluids like water to flow smoothly without any resistance whatsoever. Sometimes these tubes are built to be exposed to the sun. Due to the excellent rubber quality, they do not break or get damaged even with regular exposure to the sun.

If you have a specific requirement for an inner or outer diameter, we can cater specifically to your requirements. These specifications are often used by the electrical and medical industries. The high quality of rubber resists external factors such as heat, dust, and other external elements. Some tubes that are specifically made for irrigation purposes can be used underground as well. They are resistant to leaks and effectively contain temperatures. It can keep up these properties even under different pressures that the micro rubber tubing is exposed to.

The equipment we use is state-of-the-art and we constantly upgrade to ensure it is on par with quality standards. We have manufactured and supplied products to international and domestic customers. Customizing, high-quality, and timely delivery are some of our key strengths in the tubing industry. We are also capable of manufacturing rubber tubing with different chemical combinations. These can be manufactured to specific industrial standards. You can speak with our experts to learn more about your micro rubber tubing requirements. They would be glad to assist you in choosing the right product, design, and size per your industry-standard needs.

Product specifications

Product form
Hollow elastomer tubing for a fitted line or sleeve
Application focus
Industrial fluid lines, irrigation lines and medical-device assemblies. Size the part against the selected assembly.
Dimensions to confirm
Inside diameter, outside diameter, wall thickness and cut length. Match these to industrial fluid lines and irrigation lines.
Small-bore control
Set bore and wall tolerances, check lumen continuity and choose fittings that do not close or distort the passage.
Contact conditions
Water: define concentration, temperature and contact time, then check compatibility with the chosen compound.
Exposure to evaluate
Dust or debris and rubbing or abrasion. Validate the selected material under the combined conditions.
Line layout
Check bend radius, unsupported spans and clearance at both connections.
