Rubber Cork
Rubber Corks have a smooth surface and are used in light-medium duty applications. Rubber corks work well, being resilient to constant use. These are primarily used in indoor applications.
Rubber corks are usually used and found at the back of boards (mostly in offices) and in materials where there is a need for an excellent steady grip on a stable object.
Rubber corks are usually produced from good quality cork granules mixed with synthetic rubber binders like Neoprene, Nitrile, SBR, etc.
The Rubber cork sheets are used in flooring for non-slip areas. It is used in sports flooring to suit the durability and frictional properties required when playing sports. Another thing about rubber cork is that it retains its elasticity for an extended period, even in extreme temperatures or liquid immersion conditions.
One of the properties or features of rubber cork is that it can bend without cracking. It is very flexible, robust, and easy to cut.
The rubber corks are made up of a mixture of raw materials like cork and rubber, making this mixture unique for sealing.
These are used in automotive, electrical, transformer gaskets, cushion pads, absorption pads, liners and spacers, anti-vibration pads, model train track beds, surface protection, and non-slip materials due to their friction.
Rubber corks are preferred due to their material which makes them denser and doesn’t allow any leakage. Rubber corks are made of many types of material and some types swell after entering the hole hence providing the optimum seal.

Stopper & Plug Size Catalog
Compare four stopper profiles and check the selected part dimensions against your opening and available depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
Custom colors are available to your Pantone color code. Include the code in your inquiry.
RST T-Shaped Plugs
Match stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and flange thickness D. E refers to the underside recess; use the selected row and approved drawing to confirm the actual profile.

RSA Tapered Corks
Compare large-end diameter A, small-end diameter B and Height, in mm. The mating bore and required seating depth determine where the taper contacts the opening.

RSB Undercut Plugs
Compare neck diameter A, flange diameter B, flange-to-lip distance C and flange thickness D. Check panel thickness and rear clearance. E refers to the underside recess.

RSD T-Shaped Stoppers
Compare stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and head thickness D, in mm. Check the seating surface and available depth as well as the hole diameter.
