Rubber seal plug
High quality rubber seal plugs, often made of food grade, eco friendly, anti aging, and anti dust materials find their most common usage in sealing off any sort of opening or holes. They can be used to patch over drill holes, wire orifices, or to seal off various sizes of glassware or kitchenware openings like in faucets, jars, kettles, valves, and all-purpose containers in order to make them air-tight. Laboratories and pharmaceutical industries worldwide adopt using rubber seal plugs to prevent chemical leakages and gas spills. When conducting an experiment, to shake or mix the ingredients of a test tube, vial, pipette, flask, or a beaker, these seal plugs are used to keep the chemicals contained and safeguarded from debasement or oxidative damage.
As they are available in a wide range of shapes and sizes, they are capable of sealing off any orifice or openings. The opening you intend to seal should be measured first and then the size of the rubber seal plug should be selected. It is always recommended to select a slightly larger sized plug as compared to the opening because they’re made of elastic materials and can compress efficiently to a degree, making the seal tighter. Coming to their shapes, similar to the case of sizes, these seal plugs are available on the market in several contours as well. Selecting an appropriately shaped plug that fits the opening you plan on sealing is critical, as the shape compatibility between the rubber seal plug and the orifice is the factor that determines the firmness and stability of the seal.
With attributes such as being versatile, handy to install, and being light in weight, rubber seal plugs are thoroughly helpful in sealing off any openings in most settings. They can resist water damage, UV damage, harsh weather, high temperatures, corrosion, erosion, dust, and humidity buildup.

Stopper & Plug Size Catalog
Compare four stopper profiles and check the selected part dimensions against your opening and available depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
Custom colors are available to your Pantone color code. Include the code in your inquiry.
RST T-Shaped Plugs
Match stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and flange thickness D. E refers to the underside recess; use the selected row and approved drawing to confirm the actual profile.

RSA Tapered Corks
Compare large-end diameter A, small-end diameter B and Height, in mm. The mating bore and required seating depth determine where the taper contacts the opening.

RSB Undercut Plugs
Compare neck diameter A, flange diameter B, flange-to-lip distance C and flange thickness D. Check panel thickness and rear clearance. E refers to the underside recess.

RSD T-Shaped Stoppers
Compare stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and head thickness D, in mm. Check the seating surface and available depth as well as the hole diameter.
