Rubber hole covers
A rubber hole cover is an indispensable household item. You might find it under different names such as rubber caps or plugs. But regardless of what the name says, a rubber hole cover is used to protect holes in a huge variety of items and objects. The nature of this item is mainly used for sealing off components. Nowadays, we can incorporate this key feature and use it for all kinds of things such as sealing off containers with liquid, chemicals, protect furniture, etc.
Since a rubber hole cover is made from a rubber material, we have plenty of options to choose from. The two most common are EPDM and silicone. Other rubber options do exist such as FKM, NBR, NR, and much more. The use of synthetic rubber gives the object water and oil resistance, resistance against vibration, and protection against cuts from sharp edges. More so, synthetic rubber has excellent heat resistance properties, making them indispensable in certain industries. What makes a rubber hole cover so versatile is the fact that we manufacture them in all kinds of shapes and sizes. From very small to very big covers, you can find the one that best suits you need. If you do need help with that, make sure to see our size chart.
We manufacture rubber hole covers for everyday use. You can use these small objects to increase household safety by adding them on the ends of sharp edges. Another common household use is to place them at the bottom of the legs of tables, chairs, and similar furniture. This gives the furniture the ability to easily slide without needing to lift it. The rubber material offers excellent balance and will prevent the furniture from tipping over, wobbling, etc. Rubber covers are also excellent when it comes to sealing off a particularly narrow opening.
Stopper & Plug Size Catalog
Compare four stopper profiles and check the selected part dimensions against your opening and available depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
Custom colors are available to your Pantone color code. Include the code in your inquiry.
RST T-Shaped Plugs
Match stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and flange thickness D. E refers to the underside recess; use the selected row and approved drawing to confirm the actual profile.

RSA Tapered Corks
Compare large-end diameter A, small-end diameter B and Height, in mm. The mating bore and required seating depth determine where the taper contacts the opening.

RSB Undercut Plugs
Compare neck diameter A, flange diameter B, flange-to-lip distance C and flange thickness D. Check panel thickness and rear clearance. E refers to the underside recess.

RSD T-Shaped Stoppers
Compare stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and head thickness D, in mm. Check the seating surface and available depth as well as the hole diameter.
