Thin wall latex tubing
Thin wall latex tubing has gone through a regular production process so that it can be applied in many industries. The whole process begins with rubber strips from which the final product is created. However, it takes a few steps before the job is done. First of all, it is important to determine the thickness of the sheets. After that, a certain color is chosen depending on the end use. This is followed by milling to make an even texture and then cutting. After the rubber becomes flexible enough, it is forwarded to the cutting machine. Thus, a certain thickness is obtained, and then the reinforcement layer follows. This procedure is necessary in order to strengthen the tubing.
When it is sufficiently strengthened, a final layer can be added, which is also the outer shell. Then it is necessary to squeeze all the materials together and start the vulcanization process, and when it is finished, the tubing is cut to the desired lengths. This material belongs to the group of natural materials, and was obtained from rubber trees. The main characteristics of this material are durability and flexibility which makes it usable in different types of environments. This applies, among other things, to the environment in which electricity is transmitted.
Thin wall latex tubing is in charge of preventing situations such as static electromagnetic interference or frequency interference. We must not forget their role in preventing sparks. Since it can easily attract dust, this tubing automatically reduces friction, which is why it is used for preventive purposes. Thus, thin wall latex tubing does not conduct electricity but redirects it near electrically charger equipment.
In case you need thin wall latex tubing with some special features, such as a certain wall thickness, especially if it is below 0.1 mm or a certain color, you can order a custom product.
