Compatible Tubing Silicone Oil
Choosing compatible tubing for silicone oil begins with identifying the fluid, including its viscosity and additives. Silicone oil and silicone rubber are different products, and the shared name does not establish compatibility. Ordinary silicone rubber can swell in silicone oils, so it should not be treated as the default choice.
Assess candidate tube materials under the actual fluid temperature, contact duration and pressure. Consider changes in dimensions, hardness and mechanical condition as well as visible damage. A tube that initially fits a connector may lose retention if its material changes during prolonged contact.
The bore, wall and fittings must also suit the oil’s flow behavior and the installed route. Where the line is used for heating or temperature control, include the hottest operating condition and the cleaning fluid in the assessment. Select the tube for the exact circuit rather than extending a recommendation for one oil to another formulation.
Rubber Hose Size Catalog
Compare tube bore, outside diameter and available wall thickness. Confirm material compatibility and operating requirements for the selected hose.
Rubber Hose
Compare Inside Diameter and Outside Diameter in mm. The cross-section drawing identifies the bore and outside diameter; confirm the selected tube material and service requirements.

Fluororubber Hose
Compare Inside Diameter and Outside Diameter in mm. The cross-section drawing identifies the bore and outside diameter; confirm the selected tube material and service requirements.

Colourful rubber high pressure hose
Compare Inside Diameter and Outside Diameter in mm, together with the listed Thickness and Colour. The cross-section drawing identifies the bore and outside diameter; confirm the selected tube material and service requirements.
