Standard keyboards rely on keyboard rubber caps as a core mechanism for keycaps. Our rubber caps are made using the finest mix of rubber and silicone to provide each keycap the necessary “push” to bring the keycap back up once pressed. Oftentimes referred to as cups, these can be found on both standard keyboards and laptop keyboards.
Replacing the cups on standard keyboards is much easier than on laptop keyboards. But it is possible. The need to replace the cups is usually down to spill damage. Water, juice, and even chemical spills on these keyboards can render the caps unusable. Due to this, the need to manufacture quality cups falls on our shoulders. We make quality keyboard rubber caps and make sure spilling doesn’t cause a problem. If you do indeed spill juice all over your keyboard, simply take up the cups and put them in a bowl to wash the sugar. This will remove the stickiness, making sure you can reuse the caps again.
For laptop caps, the process is much more difficult. This is why you need to get quality cups to prevent the issue from happening in the first place. This is where our caps come into play. Since we make the caps from a mixture of quality rubber and silicone, it makes sure that water doesn’t stick to them. In addition, the choice of rubber makes for easier installation of the caps.
