High temp silicone plug
We make our high-temperature silicone plugs using the finest and highest quality grade silicone. What this enables us to do is provide our silicone plugs with huge temperature resistance. Our high temp silicone plugs are able to withstand temperatures of up to 315℃.
Whenever on the market for an object that is very effective at masking, look no further than plugs. But not just any plugs, our high temp silicone plugs are excellent in numerous applications and industries. These include powder coating, shot blasting, 3D printing, anodizing, and many more industries. The reason why these industries frequently use high temp silicone plugs is that applications involve the use of very high temperatures. Thus, these industries need plugs that can successfully withstand those high temperatures. We made our silicone plugs in such a way that you can choose the size and shape yourself. If you’re having trouble doing that, feel free to contact us as we’ll help you get the right size and right shape silicone plug for your needs.
Using these plugs is very easy. Considering that they are indeed a plug, all you need to do is simply add them where they need to go. Thanks to the high-temperature resistance and numerous other resistance properties such as acid, alkali, and weathering, high temp silicone plugs should be your choice of sealing and masking object. The flexibility of these objects cannot be overestimated. Not only are they excellent for masking, but they are also even better whenever needing to plug holes. The excellent sealing capabilities of high temp silicone plugs make them hugely favorite in the previously-mentioned industries. Even if you don’t require plugs with excellent temperature resistance, you can still use these objects for masking and covering ends of holes. High temp silicone plugs are used in a huge range of standard and specialist solutions.
Stopper & Plug Size Catalog
Compare four stopper profiles and check the selected part dimensions against your opening and available depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
Custom colors are available to your Pantone color code. Include the code in your inquiry.
RST T-Shaped Plugs
Match stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and flange thickness D. E refers to the underside recess; use the selected row and approved drawing to confirm the actual profile.

RSA Tapered Corks
Compare large-end diameter A, small-end diameter B and Height, in mm. The mating bore and required seating depth determine where the taper contacts the opening.

RSB Undercut Plugs
Compare neck diameter A, flange diameter B, flange-to-lip distance C and flange thickness D. Check panel thickness and rear clearance. E refers to the underside recess.

RSD T-Shaped Stoppers
Compare stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and head thickness D, in mm. Check the seating surface and available depth as well as the hole diameter.
