High Temperature Silicon Plugs
High-temperature silicone plugs are manufactured to support the masking, painting, powder coating, and shot blasting process. These plugs provide a high level of chemical resistance and protection. Silicon plugs are available in the market in several thread choices and are found in round shape. For color coding purposes, several plugs are available in different colors.Silicone plugs provide a high-temperature masking application. The temperature range is -100 degrees celsius to 315 degrees celsius. All these plugs are made up of premium quality silicone, so all the products can bear a high-temperature range. Silicon can show resistance in high-temperature conditions and provide flexibility and protection to the developments in harsh conditions.
Due to the presence of premium quality silicone,high-temperature silicone plugs are prevented from melting—these plugs damage when the temperature remains continuous at 200 degrees Celsius. There are different temperature-resistant silicone products with their traits and qualities in use.
Different industries such as MOCAP and EPSI provide high-temperature silicone plugs for powder-coating, electroplating, 3D printing, and anodizing. These silicone plugs can withstand the temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit for up to more than 20 minutes.
Silicon plugs have durability; that’s why these are re-cycled and re-used several times for masking purposes. These plugs are available on the market in all sizes, between 0.5mm to 127mm. But the custom sizing plugs are the best for the job requirement.
High-temperature silicone plugs are used for temperature resistance and efficient for masking the inside of threaded and non-threaded holes during powder coating and e-coating.A tapered design of high-temperature silicone plugs is effective in a high degree of seal by pushing the plug into holes during the process. That’s why these silicon plugs are efficient in both threaded and non-threaded holes.

Stopper & Plug Size Catalog
Compare four stopper profiles and check the selected part dimensions against your opening and available depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
Custom colors are available to your Pantone color code. Include the code in your inquiry.
RST T-Shaped Plugs
Match stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and flange thickness D. E refers to the underside recess; use the selected row and approved drawing to confirm the actual profile.

RSA Tapered Corks
Compare large-end diameter A, small-end diameter B and Height, in mm. The mating bore and required seating depth determine where the taper contacts the opening.

RSB Undercut Plugs
Compare neck diameter A, flange diameter B, flange-to-lip distance C and flange thickness D. Check panel thickness and rear clearance. E refers to the underside recess.

RSD T-Shaped Stoppers
Compare stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and head thickness D, in mm. Check the seating surface and available depth as well as the hole diameter.
