Oval Rubber Plug
As you might already know, there are a lot of different uses for rubber plugs, especially for oval rubber plugs. An oval rubber plug can come in various sizes, even slight variations in shapes. What you may not realize is that there are a number of these rubber plugs all around you. There could be a few inside your home, your office, your automobile and so on. These products are very versatile, so it should come as a no surprise they are so present everywhere around us.
Oval rubber plugs are affordable, but very durable, flexible, wear and tear resistant and so much more. As you can tell by the name, one of the main purposes and properties of this product is insulation and protection. An oval rubber plug can be made from various materials, but most often, those are natural rubber, EPMD, neoprene, FKM, silicone etc. Each of these materials is slightly different from another. For instance, silicone is much more aesthetically pleasing option if you have an oval hole in a highly visible spot that you want to close. Furthermore, you can tell from the materials that are used, an oval rubber plug can withstand varying degrees of hot and cold temperatures. An oval rubber plug could withstand temperatures from -40 degrees Celsius all the way up to 230 degrees Celsius. Furthermore, an oval rubber plug will also offer protection from dust and water.
Finally, the application and usage of oval rubber plugs are very easy. Since oval rubber plugs come in different shapes and sizes and can even be custom made according to clients designs, they can be easily inserted into any opening and close it off. Afterwards, based on the wiring you need to be protected and insulated, you can cut matching holes in the appropriate (middle) section of the oval rubber plug.
Stopper & Plug Size Catalog
Compare four stopper profiles and check the selected part dimensions against your opening and available depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
Custom colors are available to your Pantone color code. Include the code in your inquiry.
RST T-Shaped Plugs
Match stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and flange thickness D. E refers to the underside recess; use the selected row and approved drawing to confirm the actual profile.

RSA Tapered Corks
Compare large-end diameter A, small-end diameter B and Height, in mm. The mating bore and required seating depth determine where the taper contacts the opening.

RSB Undercut Plugs
Compare neck diameter A, flange diameter B, flange-to-lip distance C and flange thickness D. Check panel thickness and rear clearance. E refers to the underside recess.

RSD T-Shaped Stoppers
Compare stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and head thickness D, in mm. Check the seating surface and available depth as well as the hole diameter.
