Round rubber plugs
Generally speaking, round rubber plugs are used to seal holes and containers. The main feature of these is the fact that they can be installed anywhere. No, it doesn’t matter if you need to seal a hole in a wall, wood, or metal because these will always fit perfectly. In a nutshell, you can utilize these items for any project you are currently working on.
This is possible to the properties the rubber includes, which is, as you know, the material round plugs are made of. Generally speaking, this material itself is resistant to numerous elements, and it is also flexible, meaning that you can install it pretty easily. The former feature doesn’t only enable you to use these in any sort of panel, as already mentioned, but it becomes essential if you need to seal containers that hold liquid or gas. Instead of wasting a lot of money on purchasing a new one, if it is even an option, you can utilize round rubber plugs to fix the damage. Considering that these items are fairly cheap and that you can buy them in bulk and get them in different sizes, you have to admit that this is very beneficial.
The installation process itself couldn’t be any easier. Upon determining the right size of the plug, all you have to do is simply insert it into the panel. That’s it. You don’t have to use any additional tools or adhesives since round rubber plugs are designed to fit perfectly. Naturally, this will work the best if you have one of the right dimensions, but in some cases, even a slightly bigger one may work. This is true due to the rubber’s flexible feature. However, keep in mind that in this instance, you should observe it as a temporary solution until you get the one you actually need.
Stopper & Plug Size Catalog
Compare four stopper profiles and check the selected part dimensions against your opening and available depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
Custom colors are available to your Pantone color code. Include the code in your inquiry.
RST T-Shaped Plugs
Match stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and flange thickness D. E refers to the underside recess; use the selected row and approved drawing to confirm the actual profile.

RSA Tapered Corks
Compare large-end diameter A, small-end diameter B and Height, in mm. The mating bore and required seating depth determine where the taper contacts the opening.

RSB Undercut Plugs
Compare neck diameter A, flange diameter B, flange-to-lip distance C and flange thickness D. Check panel thickness and rear clearance. E refers to the underside recess.

RSD T-Shaped Stoppers
Compare stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and head thickness D, in mm. Check the seating surface and available depth as well as the hole diameter.
