Rubber bottle stoppers
Rubber bottle stoppers are an increasingly popular replacement for all other types of bottle stoppers, such as cork. Although cork is still a very popular choice for closing wine bottles, for example, rubber bottle stoppers are taking precedence in the market everywhere, even when it comes to drink bottles. This is not surprising, considering how much rubber bottle stoppers have a wider application, as well as how durable they are and so on. While corks allow a minimal amount of oxygen to enter the bottle, rubber bottle stoppers practically do not allow oxygen at all to enter.
However, rubber bottle stoppers have many other uses that are even more important and that is why our customers often order large quantities of this type of stoppers. Bottles are also used to transport and store some very important and dangerous substances, so rubber bottle stoppers are in charge of preventing contamination of the substance inside the bottle, as well as any evaporation or leakage of substances outside the bottle, which can be very dangerous. That is why different types of rubber are the ideal material for making bottle stoppers. If the stoppers will be in contact with food or wine, for example, then the stoppers are made of silicone, which is odorless, transparent and safe for contact with things that people will consume later. The FDA has approved the use of food grade silicone for these purposes.
With our help to choose the right material, do not forget to pay attention to the size. There is no room for deviation from the ideal size when making a bottle stopper, otherwise it will not be useful. Be sure to measure the neck of the bottle correctly, because only then will we be able to make perfectly suitable rubber bottle stoppers. Stoppers can be in different colors, to make it easy for you to distinguish the bottles.
Stopper & Plug Size Catalog
Compare four stopper profiles and check the selected part dimensions against your opening and available depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
Custom colors are available to your Pantone color code. Include the code in your inquiry.
RST T-Shaped Plugs
Match stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and flange thickness D. E refers to the underside recess; use the selected row and approved drawing to confirm the actual profile.

RSA Tapered Corks
Compare large-end diameter A, small-end diameter B and Height, in mm. The mating bore and required seating depth determine where the taper contacts the opening.

RSB Undercut Plugs
Compare neck diameter A, flange diameter B, flange-to-lip distance C and flange thickness D. Check panel thickness and rear clearance. E refers to the underside recess.

RSD T-Shaped Stoppers
Compare stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and head thickness D, in mm. Check the seating surface and available depth as well as the hole diameter.
