Rubber flask stopper
Rubber is the most commonly used material when it comes to industry-specific items. This material provides protection when it comes to dust, dirt, water, and it is not sensitive to most chemicals. The rubber flask stopper is one of the items that are most commonly used in laboratories and the main purpose of it is to prevent any liquids from escaping the container, or penetrating inside it and contaminating your project. The rubber flask stopper can be used in flasks or test tubes, and the properties of the rubber ensure that there will be no spillage or contamination.
The way the stopper is designed is for its top end to be wider than the bottom one so that you could prevent any liquids from leaving your container. Note that when choosing the right accessories for you, you should always look for a unit that tightly seals the container without leaving too much space at the top or the bottom. Depending on what you need to store and how you want to use the rubber flask stopper, you can choose different designs that will serve their purpose, and at the same time, fit the environment.
There are 160 main sizes of the rubber flask stopper, but you can create custom items if you want to get something specially made. Note that you should also pay attention to the number of holes that you want your accessories to have, or if you want to get a solid rubber flask stopper that will not have openings for smaller tubes and other types of equipment. When installing these accessories in your containers, you should never use too much force, and if you notice that you need to push too hard for the unit to get inside the container, chances are, you’ve got the wrong size. You can always get samples that come in different sizes so you can order the right ones for your project.
Stopper & Plug Size Catalog
Compare four stopper profiles and check the selected part dimensions against your opening and available depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
Custom colors are available to your Pantone color code. Include the code in your inquiry.
RST T-Shaped Plugs
Match stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and flange thickness D. E refers to the underside recess; use the selected row and approved drawing to confirm the actual profile.

RSA Tapered Corks
Compare large-end diameter A, small-end diameter B and Height, in mm. The mating bore and required seating depth determine where the taper contacts the opening.

RSB Undercut Plugs
Compare neck diameter A, flange diameter B, flange-to-lip distance C and flange thickness D. Check panel thickness and rear clearance. E refers to the underside recess.

RSD T-Shaped Stoppers
Compare stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and head thickness D, in mm. Check the seating surface and available depth as well as the hole diameter.
