Rubber plugs To Fill Holes
Although most of our customers use rubber plugs to fill holes – which are small or large rubber items also referred to as rubber caps or hole plugs – they do have a wide range of other uses and applications. Generally speaking, they are suitable for covering openings in various objects and surfaces, including the ones made from glass, plastic, metal, as well as wooden surfaces. In most situations, they are utilized for sealing different components, especially the ones containing chemicals – such as acids – and the ones that are exposed to either extremely hot or cold temperatures. This is possible because these rubber plugs to fill holes are specifically manufactured for resisting a wide range of things, including heat, cold, oil, liquids, as well as UV rays, and the ozone.
Our rubber plugs to fill holes comes in various sizes, models, colors, and shapes, and they can also be entirely customized, which means that our customers can use our rubber plugs to fill holes or sealing components of any size. They can be made from different materials, but in most cases, clients can find them made from silicone or EPDM rubber. Although they are usually used for processes and applications that involve high temperatures, a lot of customers also use them for masking applications.
They are quite inexpensive, which means that customers can use rubber plugs to fill holes and since they are manufactured from high-quality, durable rubber, they don’t have to worry about it flaking or breaking, which means that they are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications and uses. Additionally, our selection of rubber plugs will last for a very long time, hence, customers can save a lot of money since they won’t have to replace them as often as they would need if they opted for other sealing caps.
Stopper & Plug Size Catalog
Compare four stopper profiles and check the selected part dimensions against your opening and available depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
Custom colors are available to your Pantone color code. Include the code in your inquiry.
RST T-Shaped Plugs
Match stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and flange thickness D. E refers to the underside recess; use the selected row and approved drawing to confirm the actual profile.

RSA Tapered Corks
Compare large-end diameter A, small-end diameter B and Height, in mm. The mating bore and required seating depth determine where the taper contacts the opening.

RSB Undercut Plugs
Compare neck diameter A, flange diameter B, flange-to-lip distance C and flange thickness D. Check panel thickness and rear clearance. E refers to the underside recess.

RSD T-Shaped Stoppers
Compare stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and head thickness D, in mm. Check the seating surface and available depth as well as the hole diameter.
