Rubber Stopper Sizes Chart
We are a rubber stopper solutions manufacturer with a skilled team and several years of experience. We use different rubber materials to create rubber stoppers in various models, including natural rubber, silicone rubber (SiR), nitrile rubber (NBR), urethane, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), Viton, and Neoprene. Considering the rising need for rubber corks in every industry, we have begun to prepare them in all sizes. If you are interested, you can check out the rubber stopper sizes chart.
The size 000 has 1/2 inches top side, 12.7 top side mm, 5/16 inches of bottom side, 8.2 mm bottom side, 21 mm length, and 3 mm diameter in one hole. The specifications of size 1 include: 3/4 inches top side, 19 mm top side, 9/16 inches bottom side, 14 mm bottom side, 25 mm length, 4 mm diameter in one hole, 4 mm diameter in two-holes. You can view the details of the size 5-1/2 rubber stopper here: 1-7/64 inches top side, 28 mm top side, 31/32 inches of bottom side, 24 mm bottom side, 25 mm length, 5 mm diameter in one hole, and 5 mm diameter in two-holes.
The larger examples in this rubber stopper sizes chart show why the size number alone is insufficient. Size 10 is listed with a 50 mm top (1-31/32 inches), a 42 mm base (1-5/8 inches) and an overall length of 25 mm. Its single-hole and two-hole versions each list a 5 mm bore. By comparison, the size 16 example has an upper diameter of 127 mm, or 5 inches, narrowing to 90 mm, or 3-1/2 inches. The stated length for that version is 50 mm; the passage diameter remains 5 mm in either the one-hole or two-hole layout. These original values cover examples within the size 000 to size 16 chart. Compare them with the selected vessel and drawing, including the number of passages. If that combination does not fit the application, specify the required outline and material for a custom stopper.
Stopper & Plug Size Catalog
Compare four stopper profiles and check the selected part dimensions against your opening and available depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
RST T-Shaped Plugs
Match stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and flange thickness D. E refers to the underside recess; use the selected row and approved drawing to confirm the actual profile.

RSA Tapered Corks
Compare large-end diameter A, small-end diameter B and Height, in mm. The mating bore and required seating depth determine where the taper contacts the opening.

RSB Undercut Plugs
Compare neck diameter A, flange diameter B, flange-to-lip distance C and flange thickness D. Check panel thickness and rear clearance. E refers to the underside recess.

RSD T-Shaped Stoppers
Compare stem diameter A, flange diameter B, stem length C and head thickness D, in mm. Check the seating surface and available depth as well as the hole diameter.
