Micro silicone tubing

Thanks to a process referred to as ‘micro extrusion’, our organization is capable of manufacturing and providing our clients with customized micro silicone tubing. Because of the process we use in our manufacturing plants, we are capable of achieving size ranges that go from 0.1mm (ID-interior diameter), and a wall thickness of nearly 0.05mm (OD-outside diameter). Since it is relatively small compared to other silicone tubings on the market, it is suitable for a wide range of industries, including the food, beverage, automotive, marine, as well as aerospace industries. Due to the process required to manufacture these small components, the micro silicone tubing is resistant to a wide range of things.

To begin with, the raw materials used for the manufacturing process are all high in quality and fire-retardant, thus, they can withstand environments with drastic temperatures that go to 300ºC or 572ºF. Besides this, it is also extremely resistant to chemicals and some acids, it will not lose its flexibility over time, and it will not be impacted by external factors such as weather, UV light, the ozone, and of course, dust, grime, dirt, humidity, and other contaminants. Additionally, it can be sterilized easily, meaning that a wide range of industries can choose to re-purpose and reuse it, thus, saving money and time.
