Rubber vacuum hose tubing

Rubber hoses have a wide application. They are most often used for the transfer of liquids and gases, and they are also used in hydraulic, pneumatic, medical and other specialized spheres. The rubber can choose natural or synthetic, and its basic properties are great flexibility and enviable elasticity. There are a large number of different rubber tubing on the market, depending on their purpose. They can be longer, shorter, smaller or larger in diameter, with additions at the ends, reinforced with wire or not.

Additional materials (reinforcements) can be woven around the vacuum rubber hose, can be spiraling or packed (wrapping) with layers of industrial canvas. In this way, the flexibility of the pipe is reduced but resistance to pressure is increased. However, the manufacturers of rubber hoses figured out how to increase the pressure resistance without reducing the flexibility, so the pipes strengthened the bellows and corrugations. They tolerate temperature differes and UV radiation very well, so they can be used at temperatures from -40C to + 180C. Rubber vacuum hose tubings are very resilient and flexible.

This type of hose is most often used in the automotive industry, in vacuum braking systems, cylinder head cleaning, etc. The use is very wide and almost every field of industry uses such hoses adapted to their activities. In addition to wide industrial applications, these hoses are used daily in the household. Every time you turn on your vacuum cleaner, you use this type of rubber hose.
