Conical shaped rubber washer

Rubber washers are rubber products with a hole in the middle. As you can probably tell by the name, they are often used in environments where you need a rubber product to stop a leak from occurring. Rubber washers also come in various shapes and sizes, and even though they are usually flat – they are not always. For instance, a conical shaped rubber washer is one of the most popular rubber washers. Due to its conical shape, a conical shaped rubber washer is not used to help secure the fasteners all that often but is instead used in plumbing. A cone shaped rubber washer can be installed in various places around the household, like in faucets or water supply inlets. The two main size factors when we talk about these two are the inner diameter or an opening inside of the washer and the outer diameter on both ends of the washer. Due to their most common use-case scenario, these two are rarely smaller than 1 cm in diameter, but they could grow up to 10 cm in diameter, based on the application.

Since they are made of various rubbers, these washers are very durable, elastic, and long-lasting. What they also are is resilient to various chemicals and are also weather and temperature resistant. Most of them will easily last up to a few years, even with regular use and wear and tear, even though they are very affordable.
