Industrial rubber and gasket go hand in hand. As you could imagine, gaskets are made from various types of industrial rubber and based on what kind of rubber you choose for your gasket, the gasket will have different properties will be therefore used in different scenarios and industries. We have been manufacturing industrial rubber gaskets for many years, using various production methods and the latest and the greatest machinery to provide our customers with quality products and solutions.
Thanks to the advanced machinery such as CNC, water jet or die-cutting machines, we are able to produce a variety of differently shaped and designed gaskets, which means, even if you don’t find a type of gasket in our catalogue, you should feel free to contact us and provide us with detailed information about the product you seek, along with the design of the product, so we can manufacture the custom product for you.
As we have mentioned earlier, industrial rubber and gasket are inseparable. Industrial rubber is essential to the properties of the gasket. Most commonly, all of the industrial rubbers used in the manufacturing process have one thing in common, and that is both low and high-temperature resilience. In most cases, industrial rubber can withstand temperatures as low as -50°C, and as high as 120°C. The types of industrial rubbers that the gaskets are made of are the following: natural rubber, neoprene, EPDM, nitrile or Buna-N, silicone, butyl, Viton and many others.
Most of them will be adequate for most applications, with only slight variations in case of extreme usage. What you can expect is good chemical resilience, water and weather resilience, good abrasion resistance, recovery abilities such as flexibility, crack and tear resistance and so on. Based on these properties, the gaskets will be used in different scenarios and in different industries.
