Before you buy the threaded rubber bushing for the situation that you have, make sure that they can withstand the weight that you will be putting them under so they don’t deform quickly. Other than that, you should understand if that threaded rubber bushing can survive that many movements in a such short interval. To install them, you should have no problem because all you need is to screw them on using the threaded part in the middle, tighten them well and you will see the results quickly.
